Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 365 days of purchase, provided:

  • Original Packaging: Include all tags and boxes with the return.
  • Condition: Items (except bedding) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. Photos may be required to verify the condition.
  • Bedding: Can be washed or used but must be returned within 90 days.
  • Underwear: Must have tags intact, remain in original packaging, and be tried on with underwear for hygiene reasons.
  • Jewelry: Items with diamonds (≥0.50ct) require original certificates for returns.

Refunds to Payment Method

Refunds follow the original payment method’s policy:

  • PayPal: Refunds only for purchases made within 180 days. After that, store credit applies.
  • Afterpay: Covers 120 days; beyond that, store credit applies.
  • Amazon Pay: Refunds within 90 days; later refunds are issued as store credit.

Exceptions:

  • Final Sale Items: Promotions, custom, or limited-edition items are non-refundable.
  • Engagement Rings: Returnable within 60 days of purchase.
  • Non-Miramo Items: We are not liable for items accidentally sent to us.

Initiating a Return

Log into your Miramo account, select "My Orders," and follow the return prompts. Once submitted, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

Refund Process:

  • Store Credit: Issued within 5 business days of carrier receipt.
  • Original Payment Method: Processed 15 business days after warehouse restocking.

Store Credit Use

Store credit is linked to your account and can be applied at checkout, excluding express payment options like Shop Pay or PayPal.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not found, wait 72 hours and check with neighbors. If still missing, email hello@shopmiramo.com within one week of the expected delivery date to report it.
